Absolutely!  Let’s schedule an in-person, or virtual Wedding Photography Consult!  It’s a great opportunity for you to meet with your photographer face-to-face.  You can see their portfolio of weddings, talk about your timeline of events, and go over some of your photo ideas!

We travel for weddings and events all over the Twin Cities, central and western Minnesota, northern Iowa, and western Wisconsin.  Contact us for a quote if your event is further than a 25 mile radius of Minneapolis, MN.

It really does depend on how large your wedding is, and what your timeline of events include.  Do you want us there to capture you getting ready?  Do you want us there for the garter/bouquet toss?  We will talk in depth with you about your timeline of events, and make suggestions so that you get the best coverage, all while sticking to your budget.

Our most popular packages with couples is our 8 & 9 hour photo package. If you’d like additional coverage, you can also add an hour or two, or choose a package with a 2nd photographer!

*Be sure to check out our VIP package, which includes photo AND VIDEO! We’ve combined our most popular photo and video packages together, to make sure that every important moment is captured! 

Images are color corrected, exposure corrected and cropped.  Retouching includes blemish removal, teeth and eye whitening-if needed, eye sharpening and brightening, skin smoothing, and minor fly-away hairs.  Please let us know ahead of time if you have any birth or beauty marks that you would like us to keep.

If you would like an image in black and white, sepia, or a color selection, just let Danielle know!

Above and beyond our normal retouching, extra retouching services are only $12/image, and can include:

• Tan line removal
• Tattoo removal
• Digital “liposuction”
• Removal of items/people in background
• Facial and/or head swaps
• Removing things from pockets (your photographer will ask you to remove everything in pockets at the beginning of your photo session)
• Other retouching services

*We do recommend using a professional hairstylist and makeup artist.  If doing your own makeup, we recommend steering clear of makeups with a sheen or sparkle to them (look for matte finishes).  Sheen reflects light, and can make skin look shiny or sweaty.

Outdoor Wedding Tip
Planning an outdoor wedding? Keep in mind that wind can sometimes make an unexpected guest appearance. If you have long hair, consider a beautiful updo—it not only stays in place but also ensures your photos capture you, not your hair blowing in every direction.

Images are uploaded to a private, password protected, online photo gallery (if you would like public access-please let Danielle know!).  Downloads are FREE!  (Free downloads are web resolution)

You can access your photo gallery here.  Feel free to share your gallery link and password with friends and family!

*High-resolution (files for printing) will be delivered digitally via Dropbox (the link is posted at the top of your photo gallery, ready for you to download.
**USBs, prints, and albums may be ordered separately from your wedding photo package.

During our busy wedding season, your wedding photos will take approximately 6-8 weeks to be delivered in full from within your wedding gallery, and will include our normal retouching services. (On average 4-12 weeks is the wedding industry standard timeline for most wedding photography companies) We will have a sneak peek ready for you to view within about 2 weeks from the date of your wedding in the “Photographer’s Favorites” folder from within your photo gallery.

We’d like to remind couples to backup their files, but we know life happens… don’t worry, we have you covered.

We keep your wedding on file indefinitely.  Simply email or call Danielle and we can send you a new link to download your images, if its been over a year since your wedding or event.  If you’d prefer a USB, you can purchase one for $49+ tax. (high-resolution images on USB, packaging and shipping-tracking and insurance is included).

Yes!  We often work with DJ Joe Albrecht (and Joe’s Pros) and offer an exclusive 5% discount on photography packages (excludes video packages) if DJ Joe is booked as your wedding or event DJ/MC. Danielle and Joe are a husband and wife team, and have been working together since 2010.

*For Fab! Weddings Venues, your DJ is included in your package pricing. Fab! works with many amazing in-house Fab! DJs!

It is not figured into our photography packages.  Although gratuity is not expected, it is greatly appreciated!

Digital wedding photography service packages (with electronic delivery of images) are not taxable.  Our family and high-school senior packages are taxable because they include a print credit. MN Sales Tax info here: https://www.revenue.state.mn.us/book/export/html/13181

All printing services, prints, albums, USBs, and other products ordered separately (all tangible sales items) are subject to MN Sales Tax. 

Your balance is due by the date of your event.  We will email your final invoice prior to your event.  Check is preferred payable to “Studio Delphianblue”.  We also accept ACH and credit card payments directly through Quickbooks.
